To speed up support, include:

Export settings used (format, FPS, duration, scale, render mode)
Short issue description + exact error text (if any)

Common Troubleshooting Steps
Re-open the plugin and re-select the target frame.
Confirm each detected video slot has a mapped file.
Test a short export (e.g. 3-5 seconds, WebM, 24 FPS).
Disable optional ZIP frame sequence and retry.
If MP4 fails, export WebM first and share the MP4 error banner text.
Current Product Notes
Recommended environment: Figma Desktop.
Large durations/resolutions may increase processing time.
GIF exports can be significantly larger and slower than WebM.
MP4 support may rely on environment-specific fallbacks.
