These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Framify (the "Plugin"). By using Framify, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Framify for personal or commercial design/export workflows.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute Framify as a standalone product;

• remove attribution or ownership notices where applicable;

• use Framify in violation of applicable law.

2. Ownership

Framify and its related branding, code, and assets are owned by Framify and its licensors. You retain ownership of your own designs, uploaded media, and exported files.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Framify to:

• violate intellectual property rights;

• process unlawful, abusive, or prohibited content;

• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

4. Third-Party Dependencies

Framify may rely on third-party libraries/services for encoding and rendering. Availability or behavior of those dependencies may change over time.

5. No Warranty

Framify is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framify and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the Plugin.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update or discontinue features at any time. We may also revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Framify if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Plugin owner is established, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
